At Bertpower Tools, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.
Return Period
You may return your order within 14 days after receiving it, as long as the product is unused, complete and in its original packaging.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be:
- unused and undamaged
- complete with all accessories, batteries, charger and manual
- returned in the original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for products that are damaged, used incorrectly, incomplete or missing original packaging.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
